  6.      Technical Support is provided, for product's lifetime,
  7.      online or by e-mail from the moment when you purchase
  8.      Romanian AntiVirus. Before asking for technical support,
  9.      however, we ask that you follow a few steps first in order
  10.      to allow us to better serve you:

  12.      Please follow these steps. In doing so, you help us control
  13.      our support load, which allows us to dedicate more resources
  14.      to the most serious issues.
  15.  
  16.      Step #1: Read the documentation thoroughly. Almost all
  17.      technical support issues are covered in the help file.
  18.  
  19.      Step #2: Visit our websites http://www.shareware.ro,
  20.      http://www.gecad.ro or http://www.rav.ro. There may be
  21.      updated information on this site that answers yourquestion.

  23.      Step #3: Make sure you are running the most current version
  24.      of the software. You can see what version you have by
  25.      running the software and clicking on the INFO button. The
  26.      most current version is always available at our website:
  27.      http://www.shareware.ro/updates.htm. If there is a more
  28.      current version available, download it and install it. Your
  29.      problem may simply be an issue related to a non-current
  30.      revision of the software. In fact, this is the most common
  31.      technical support issue.

  35.           Consult your physician before starting  this program.
  36.           Batteries not included. May cause drowsiness. Must be
  37.           over 17. Not available in all states. Not responsible
  38.           for acts of God. Read label before using. Some assembly
  39.           required. Not responsible for typographical errors.

  41.           Close cover before striking. No resemblance to any
  42.           person, living or dead, is intended. Subject to
  43.           availability. Local restrictions may apply. For external
  44.           use only. May cause excitability. Avoid alcoholic
  45.           beverages while using this software. Use caution while
  46.           operating mechanical devices. If symptoms persist,
  47.           consult your physician. Keep this and all software out
  48.           of the reach of children. May be unsuitable for 
  49.           sensitive people. Parental guidance suggested. Do not
  50.           use this software if you are currently taking a drug
  51.           for depression. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer
  52.           will be liable for any brain damage arising from the use
  53.           of this software. The buyer assumes all risks associated
  54.           with using this product. In case of irritation, flush
  55.           eyes with cold water and consult your physician. This
  56.           software is not a savings account and is not insured by
  57.           the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Use with
  58.           adequate ventilation. Avoid prolonged or repeated 
  59.           contact with skin. Contents under pressure; do not 
  60.           puncture or incinerate. Store in original containers.
  61.           Always replace sleeve before discarding any computer
  62.           disk. Get medical attention if symptoms persist. Harmful
  63.           if swallowed. Do not remain in enclosed areas after use.
